All Islands Home Inspections services all of San Juan Island, including Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor.  A resident of the San Juan Islands since 1981, I know the area very well; my wife also works daily in Friday Harbor at the Assessor's Office.  Whether you're buying or selling a home, I am truly committed to providing you with the absolute highest level of service and professionalism.  Ultimately, you can expect nothing less than a very thorough, thoughtful, and professional Home Inspection and Report.
Choosing the right home inspector is obviously an important decision.  The ideal home inspector is one who is well educated, experienced, has excellent communication skills (verbal and written), has your best interests in mind, and performs a thorough, thoughtful, and skillful evaluation of the home.  The truth is that not all Home Inspectors are equal.  I believe my education, experience, and professionalism truly set All Islands Home Inspections apart from the competition.
Effective July 2009, Washington State instituted new, strict home inspector licensing laws (more information HERE).  Tim Hance is Washington State licensed Home Inspector #624.  I am truly committed to greatly exceeding the highest standards of service, conduct, and professionalism within the industry.
Please call me at (360) 298-1163 or (360) 376-5555 to schedule and discuss your next home inspection.  I'd love to exceed your expectations!

November 2010 Testimonial!
"I started working with Tim Hance of All Islands Home Inspections six months ago and I am thoroughly impressed!  He goes the extra mile to make sure my clients get the most comprehensive inspection and thorough understanding of the home they are purchasing.  He explains the difference between repairs needed and improvements that can be made to the home.  He is extremely professional and courteous.  He takes the time to educate the clients in home maintenance.  His inspection reports and supporting photos are extremely detailed which is a necessity for my clients that are not able to attend the inspection.  He is prompt in preparing reports, sometimes even having them ready within a few hours.  Above all, my clients thank me for recommending Tim Hance and comment about how impressed they are with his extensive knowledge and extreme professionalism!  Thank you Tim for being the best!"
