Seller’s Inspection in that there’s no written Inspection Report and is not a per se Home Inspection.
I walk and talk, and the Seller and/or Realtor
take notes. The consultation can go through the entire home- including attic and crawlspace- or be limited
to particular areas of concern. The Seller’s Consultation for
a standard home typically takes less than 2 hours; my hourly rate is $99/hour with a two (2) hour minimum. It’s
an economical way for Sellers and Realtors
to eliminate surprises and prepare their listed homes for the ultimate Buyer’s
